Our programs can benefit anyone who seeks healing and/or growth through intentional psychedelic use. Many of my clients feel stuck and are motivated to do whatever it takes to change. Others are curious about what lies beyond the veil of perception and are interested in deepening their spiritual practices. I've worked with clients who are looking to address: anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, personal growth, spiritual exploration, clarity of purpose, and more. If you’re curious to learn more, I encourage you to book a clarity call.
As a facilitator, my main role is to ensure you feel fully supported as you navigate the unknown. I guide you through preparation, integration, and the ceremony itself, helping you set intentions, manage expectations, and determine logistics like dosage and setting while addressing potential challenges. I'll equip you with tools and frameworks to navigate altered states of consciousness.
Additionally, I'll hold a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore deeply without the projection of my own beliefs.
In short, you shouldn't. At least not yet. I wouldn’t advise hiring any facilitator without first meeting them to ensure both of you feel it’s a good fit.
That said, I've been doing this work for over 4 years and have sat with over 115 clients. I understand both the complexities of this medicine as well as the nuance of my clients. I can offer a support and guidance through what could ultimately be a transformational chapter of your life. If interested in connecting, I'd encourage you to book a clarity call.
It depends on the medication. All participants go through a health screening process to determine which medications, if any, will need to be discontinued prior to ceremony.
When considering a psilocybin ceremony it’s helpful to think about prescription medication in 5 distinct categories:
Dangerous: These are medications like lithium and Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs).
Potentially Blunts Effects: These are medications that have a serotonergic method of action like SSRIs, SNRIs, and SPARIs.
Potentially Intensifies Effects: These are medications like Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCAs)
Temporarily Cessate: These are medications for things like ADHD, pain, sleep, and anxiety.
Non-Issue: These are medications for things like thyroid, viral infections, and beta blockers.
In general, it is preferable for your body to be free of substances and your mind to be as clear as possible heading into a psychedelic ceremony.
Our service is 100% legal; however, possessing psychedelics in the United States is federally illegal. On a state and city/county level, legality hinges on the local drug laws and whether decriminalization measures have been passed. As of June 1st, 2024, Psychedelics have been decriminalized in the following areas:
Decriminalization is significant because it means that law enforcement will not use taxpayer dollars to prosecute drug offenses. This is significant because most drug charges happen at the state level (not federal). Ultimately, you’ll need to use your discretion and evaluate the level of risk you feel comfortable taking in pursuit of your healing.

Yes! We encourage you to include your therapist in the process. I often work in tandem with clients' therapists (provided the client's and their therapist's consent). Typically this means the therapist is involved with the preparation and integration work while I would facilitate the actual plant medicine ceremony.
I strongly recommend using an experienced facilitator for first-time journeyers and those seeking transformational outcomes. Therapeutic psychedelic use involves much more than just taking the substance, and many clients feel uneasy doing so without professional guidance. Many clients seek help for long-suppressed issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, or addiction. Facing these challenges can be intimidating and often requires external support.
After working with a guide, some clients may feel confident continuing on their own, but this depends on individual circumstances. Those with significant unresolved trauma may need ongoing guidance due to the potential for disorientation or discomfort, while those seeking personal growth may be more equipped for self-guided exploration after initial support. Some clients pursue solo journeys after their first experience, while others return for further guided work.
No. The client is responsible for sourcing their own psychedelic medicine. Thankfully, sourcing is getting easier with more states and municipalities decriminalizing psychedelics. Clients generally source from three different categories:
I'm able to assist within the scope of harm reduction by providing you with additional educational resources on how to source safely. Please note that sourcing is unique to you and in order to better assist in this process we encourage you to book a clarity call.
In general, very safe. Deaths directly attributed to psilocybin overdose are extremely rare or nonexistent. The lethal dosage is far beyond what any person could reasonably consume. Most reported injuries involve polydrug use, misidentified toxic mushrooms, or accidental injuries while under the influence.. However, the risks of psychological distress and poor decision-making at high doses are significant and should not be underestimated.
Approaching with caution and awareness, ideally with a professional facilitator, is always recommended.
A therapeutic psychedelic experience is always tailored to your specific needs, automatically ensuring proper dosing and a healthy setting. In preparation for the journey, I will carefully screen your family history and personal medical history, as well as current emotional circumstances to assess the safest route for your journey.
